A NAVTEX receiver for SOLAS vessels, printing and displaying maritime safety information — navigational warnings, weather, and search-and-rescue alerts — automatically and without subscription. Search-and-rescue messages are shown in red so they cannot be mistaken for routine traffic.

The larger dual-channel NAVTEX receiver, also supplied as the DEBEG 2902. A dedicated receiver sits on 518 kHz while a second covers 490 kHz or 4209.5 kHz — so local-language and long-range broadcasts are captured alongside the international service.
